Credits are used to process your request and generate the final output, with usage depending on what you choose and how complex the task is. In general, more complex tasks and more sophisticated settings require more credits.

Monthly Plan Credits from your monthly subscription are valid for the duration of your current billing cycle and will automatically reset on your next billing date. Unused credits do not roll over to the next month. Annual Plan Credits for annual subscriptions are distributed on a monthly basis. Each month's credits are valid only within that month's cycle and will automatically reset at the start of the next monthly cycle. Unused credits from the previous month will not carry over.

Yes. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing cycle to maintain continuous access. You may cancel at any time in your account settings, and your plan will remain active through the end of the current billing period.

The features you get are the same, the only difference is in pricing. The annual plan gives a much better price per month, while the monthly plan offers a higher flexibility. For example, for the Basic Plan, if you select "monthly" billing, the price is $20/mo and you will be billed $20 for the month. If you select "annual" billing, the price is $10/mo and you will be billed $120 for the year. If your usage is more long-term and deterministic, the annual plan fits you better. If you're testing things out, we recommend starting with monthly - you can still switch to the annual plan any time.

theDreamArt accounts are for individual use only. To prevent account sharing or abusive behavior that may excessively consume resources and affect platform stability, tasks can run simultaneously on up to 1 devices.

As a general rule, purchases of digital and virtual products are non-refundable. If you have a billing issue, please email support@thedreamart.com and we will generally respond within 3 business days.

Once you have an active subscription, you can upgrade at any time by paying the price difference. If the upgrade option is unavailable, you may purchase the higher-tier plan first and then contact support@thedreamart.com to request a refund afterward.

The change takes effect in the next billing cycle. You lose the paid credits when your current cycle expires.

Yes. Subject to our Terms of Use and applicable law, paid subscribers may use generated images for personal or commercial purposes. Free users may use generated images only for personal and other non-commercial purposes, unless theDreamArt expressly states otherwise. You are responsible for making sure your prompts, uploads, and outputs do not infringe third-party rights.
